The first two axes – Positioning and Targeting – each consist of six perspectives. The total of 12 perspectives build strictly on each other and follow a clear logic.
The first axis enables companies to orientate themselves in the market structure and take up the best position. By implementing the second axis, your positioning on the market can be clearly perceived by others.
The third axis – Vectoring – will not be part of the workshop but plays a crucial role for the implementation of the positioning developed in the workshop. The system resembles a three-dimensional space:

“Positioning” deals with the potentials that exist in the company. Recognizing these potentials and using them in the best way possible is the focus of this axis. By adopting new perspectives, undiscovered potentials can be uncovered here and the current market positioning can be significantly optimized. The result is an immediately more effective use of the partly unused potentials.
By gaining a clear view of the current position, the company will be able to make a detailed assessment, adopt a deliberate stance, and take a position. A confident corporate identity will become visible. The potential unearthed and refined in the first axis can be immediately utilized to interact more effectively with the existing market in the future. This serves as the optimal preparation for exploring the potential of the market—focus of the second axis.
Identifying the most lucrative target group(s) and creating a unique offer that this target group will want to buy is the focus of targeting. You’ll also learn strategies for achieving rapid and effective market penetration with minimal effort.
This axis – Targeting – consists of six angles, just like the previous Positioning. Following the system logically, this module starts with angle seven.
After completion of the two to four day workshop Potential Positioning, consisting of the first two axes “Positioning” and “Targeting“, you have already crossed a crucial finish line. You have arrived in the new world of your future possibilities and are thus already aware that and how you can increase your company’s success. From experience, this is the point where many repositionings come to a standstill.
